General conditions
With the registration sign up, the participant recognizes the following
conditions.
Organization / Rights / Publications
The management of the world ranking list takes place via PRO Torball or an
assigned party. Pro Torball rights are reserved in connection with the world
ranking list and their use.
All regulations to the world ranking list are
obligatory for all participants.
All publications can be found at
www.torball.org in German, French and
English.
For the year 2002 Pro Torball declares a minimum number of
participants of 10 teams for each category.
Participation fees
Participation fees are determined by Pro Torball. They are due in advance and
are valid for participation during one year; a refund of any fees is not
possible.
The current participation fee is set at 5 Euro annually for
each participant.
Correspondence
The entire correspondence is generally done electronically. The E-Mail
address in effect is: ranking@torball.org.
All publications can
be found on the Internet at www.torball.org.
All personal
correspondences to the teams are to be sent to the E-Mail address registered by
the participant.
Admission / notice of cancellation
The admission into the ranking list after team registration, is at any time
possible.
A retreat from the ranking list is possible at any time in
writing.
Teams, which do not adhere to the conditions of participation,
can be excluded from the world ranking list by PRO Torball without
notice.
Language / validity / court conditions
The legal version of these regulations is in German. Other language versions
are translations.
These regulations take effect on january
1st, 2002. Changes can be made by Pro Torball at any time and
published on the Internet.
The version of the regulations published in
the Internet is generally valid.
All disputes will be legally handled by
the organizers of Pro Torball, Glarus / Switzerland.
